USA 2-0 Canada
DETROIT, UNITED STATES
United States beat Canada, 2-0 Tuesday in the opening round of Group C-2011 Gold Cup of CONCACAF, in a match played in Detroit.
U.S. goals were the work of Jozy Altidore, at minute 14, and Clint Dempsey, 62.
